Service Description
Silver Sneakers Classic is a full body workout designed to include exercises that improve strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. This class uses a chair, handheld weights, TheraBand’s, and a handheld fitness ball. This is a 1 hour class, and all equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Registration is through the North Carroll Senior Center. Please call 410.374.5602
