GENERAL FITNESS LEVEL
Adults should get a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity per week, yet 27% of adults under the age of 50 reported no physical activity outside of work and that number significantly increases with age.
SENIOR FITNESS
Our in-home sessions are geared toward homebound seniors and are specially designed to improve balance, strength, and endurance so that you or your loved one can improve quality of life and independence.
YOUTH FITNESS
Children should get a minimum of 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity per day yet less than 24% of children 6 to 17 years of age achieve this recommended goal each day. Lets get your young bodies moving!
